Employer of Record (EOR) refers to the country or region where the enterprise has not established a physical company, which can legally employ employees in the form of Employer of Record. The Employer of Record is responsible for signing employment agreements with employees and providing services such as payroll processing and payment, benefit payment, employee tax declaration and payment in accordance with local human resources regulations. The actual employer is responsible for managing the work of the employee.
